Mike (Pistor) was very friendly.  He explained things with great details.  I appreciated his patience when we asked questions.

Cory, was great.  He arrived 45 min early and did the exterior inspection first. When we arrived at the scheduled time, he gave us the detailed report on all issues he found with the exterior inspection.  He took his time to explain issues and problems that should be addressed.
