I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MY INITIAL PHONE CONVERSTION WITH SHELLY.  SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD.  CORY THE INSPECTOR WAS ALSO VERY GOOD AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.  THE INSPECTION REPORT WE GOT BACK WAS IMPRESSIVE IT CONTAINED PICTURES AND INFORMATION WE CAN REFERENCE TO LATER.  THE INSPECTION REPORT CANNOT COMPARE WITH OTHERS THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED IN THE PAST. I WILL DEFINTELY BE USING YOUR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.

Cory was amazing and very helpful.  He took his time and I never felt rushed nor did I ever feel like I asked a dumb question.  I would refer your services to anyone mainly because of how impressed I was with Cory and how he made me feel that he was there to make sure I knew everything possible about the home I was buying.

"We used ValueGuard for two houses, first one involved discovering defective water piping which turned into a contingency issue and ultimately walking away from difficult sellers.  ValueGuard saved us money by discovering an expensive necessary repair and preventing us from buying a house with a ticking timebomb in the basement.
With the second house, the septic inspector hired by ValueGuard found the drainage field to be unacceptable, this has led to a new septic system being required for sale.  Very different seller this time and they are fixing this $18k issue.  Bottom line, ValueGuard has probably saved us a good $30k in home repairs.  This is considerable!  I would recommend ValueGuard and super inspector Cory Shalaway without hesitation."
