Our surveys are conducted a week or two after the home inspection. We ask questions about the ease of scheduling, the professionalism of the inspector and the inspection, and the value of the inspection report. We also get some great suggestions from our surveys. For example clients said they really liked color photographs, so we challenged our inspectors to add more to their reports. A few clients asked for Sunday inspections, so we added more Sunday home inspections.
