Michael PistorValueGuard Senior Home Inspector Mike has been an accredited ASHI Certified home inspector for ten years and has performed over 3,000 residential and commercial inspections in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and southern New Jersey. Mike holds home inspection licenses in the City of Philadelphia and New Jersey. Prior to making the move into the home inspection industry, Mike was involved in the residential and remodeling industry. Client projects included decks, kitchens, baths and additions. Mike has completed continuing education coursework in Ventilation and Combustion Air, Chimneys and Venting, Manufactured and Modular Buildings Practices and the Residential Plan Review. Mike enjoys hiking, biking, gardening and cooking. And he makes a killer home-grown hot pepper sauce! |

Mark HelbigValueGuard Senior Home Inspector Mark has been an accredited ASHI Certified home inspector for nine years and has inspected more than 2500 homes throughout Southeastern PA, Philadelphia, the Main Line and Bucks and Chester Counties. Mark performs both residential and commercial inspections and holds a home inspectors license in the City of Philadelphia. Mark’s professional experience includes general contractor work including paver installation, furnace repairs, framing, siding and drywall installation and specialized HVAC work specializing in heat pumps. Mark has completed coursework in BOCA Code, NEC Code and Oil & Gas Burner Service. When he is not inspecting, Mark enjoys photography, cycling, furniture repair and time with his son. |

Cory ShalawayValueGuard Home Inspector Cory is an experienced ASHI Certified home inspector. He has performed hundreds of residential inspections throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, including the Main Line and Chester and Bucks County. Cory has developed a very strong following among prospective homebuyers and sellers. He is an excellent communicator and encourages questions during home inspections. First-time home buyers love working with Cory. Prior to inspecting homes, Cory was involved in residential remodeling (technical proficiency in roofing, drywall, framing, electrical and project planning) and also the building supplies industry. Cory holds a BS Degree in Telecommunications from Kutztown University and enjoys hiking, fishing and traveling with his wife and young son. |

Michael BaltrushValueGuard Senior Home Inspector Mike is an experienced ASHI Certified home inspector with more than 6 years experience. He has conducted over 1,000 residential and commercial inspections in the greater Philadelphia area. Mike is highly requested for inspections in the City of Philadelphia, on the Main Line, Bucks County and southern New Jersey. Mike holds numerous certifications including ICC Commercial Building Inspector; ICC Commercial & Residential Plumbing Inspector; National Certification Construction Code; Radon Measurement; and Energy Tune-Up;. Prior to inspecting properties, Mike was a Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer for Bensalem Township in Pennsylvania. Mike holds a BS/BA degree in Architecture from Spring Garden College in Pennsylvania. Mike enjoys his spare time with his wife and their two dachshunds. Mike also has a classic Mustang that keeps him busy when he's not inspecting homes. |

Michael BluesteinValueGuard Home Inspector Mike is an experienced, accredited ASHI® certified home inspector who has performed close to 1,500 home inspections in the Greater Philadelphia area. Mike has previous experience as the owner/operator of a construction company and has extensive expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning). Mike provides every client with important, actionable information on the current conditions of the property, including major concerns, safety issues, repair items, improvement items and maintenance advice. Mike has a degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix. When he's not inspecting homes, Mike spends his time cooking, biking, painting or coaching his kids lacrosse teams. |

Bradley's personal goals parallel ValueGuard's company objectives as he strives to provide the highest level of client satisfaction. Bradley is a US Coast Guard veteran and is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. Chase MillardPA DEP Certified Radon Contractor As Vice President, Chase oversees ValueGuard’s team of home inspection and testing professionals. He is also involved in client relations and business development. Chase holds BS and MS degrees in Natural Resource Management from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and West Virginia University. Chase has completed RADALINK Radon Measurement Operators Coursework and is certified by the Pennsylvania DEP for Continuous Radon Monitor testing. Chase is the firm’s required individual holding certification from the PA DEP. Chase enjoys photography, hiking, and cycling – often accompanied by his dogs Nevada and Cowboy. |
